5. House & Outdoor Construction

Our partner company Habitat Project builds exclusively for us all our real estates on highest-quality level. We offer to our clients a property construction based on the "turn-key" principle which among others includes:

• Complete rough framing (completed floor, walls and roof systems)
• Complete rough plumbing, electrical installation and HVAC (heating, ventilation & air conditioning)
• Thermal insulation of exterior walls, roof and floor

• Finishing interior trim (windows, doors, chimney, fireplace, flooring, etc.)
• Finishing exterior trim, walkways and driveways
• Finishing mechanical trims (outlets and switches, electrical panels, etc.)

• Final clean-up
• Exterior landscaping, swimming pool, SPA hot tube
