Primošten is one of the most authentic small towns on the Adriatic Coast and is a gem among those who seek peaceful yet glamorous location. The “Primošten Hill Houses” will be constructed in a quiet neighbourhood only 300 meters away from Primoštens’ local villagers port and only 900 meters away from famous Primošten Old Town on peninsula. Nearest beach is only 600 meters away. Since everything is in walking distance you will really be able to enjoy peaceful yet glamorous vacation.
Project plan consist of 6 semi-detached houses and 2 individual houses. Houses will feature contemporary and elegant design with planed white or sandy exterior colour with anthracite floor to ceiling windows for calm and harmonious design.
Communication with outdoors on the ground floor will be through large covered terrace. The terrace will double also on the first floor where there will be access from sleeping area. Ground floor will feature open space design living area with anthracite floor to ceiling windows where living room, kitchen, eating corner and daily toilet will be placed. Several options of materials and colours will be available to choose from.
Staircase will lead to the first floor where generous sleeping area will consist of two individual bedrooms and bathroom as well as master bedroom with individual bathroom and with access to the terrace. Individual houses will have one bedroom on ground floor and two on first floor. Several options of materials and colours will be available to choose from.
